Jonathan holds overall responsibility for the daily management and development of Southside and has over 25 years’ experience in property management. With a previous career spanning commercial Facilities Management and Property Advisory roles, he joined Southside in 2005 to develop the company as a Residential Management specialist.

Jonathan holds an honours degree in Business and an MBA. He is a qualified Member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers (MIRPM) and an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS).

Accounts & Operations Manager

Scott joined Southside soon after graduating from the University of Kent and made an immediate impact through the implementation of a bespoke client management system.  Scott manages the day to day operations of the company and is responsible for the provision of Service Charge accounts, ensuring that clients are provided with accurate, timely budgets and demands.  A natural problem solver with a can do approach, Scott also ensures client services are compliant.

Scott is an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and is a qualified Member of the Property Institute (MTPI). He also holds a first class degree in Philosophy.

Jack is an experienced property management professional, specialising in managing larger and mixed-use accounts. With a strong background in maintaining complex client relationships, he serves as the first point of contact for Committee members and RMC Directors.

In addition to his role in property management, Jack takes the lead on client insurance matters and plays a key role in developing Southside’s marketing initiatives, helping promote services to both new and existing clients.

Jack is a qualified Member of The Property Institute (MTPI) and holds a Business degree with Honours from the University of Chichester. He has been with Southside since 2012, making invaluable contributions to the company’s growth and client success.

With over 8 years’ experience in property management and a previous successful career in facilities management and concierge service, Jake joined Southside in 2021, bringing a real passion for building long-term client relationships.

Now responsible for complete end-to-end block management services across a portfolio of our key clients, quickly demonstrating his reliability, integrity and industry knowledge, Jake is fast becoming the go-to person for our clients.

Jake is a member of The Property Institute (MTPI).

David Hopkins

With over 10 years of experience in commercial facilities management, David has had the privilege of working with some of the industry’s most recognised and respected brands. Throughout his career, he has developed strong skills in operational efficiency, client relations, and strategic management. After living abroad for several years and gaining valuable insights into different cultures and people, he decided to transition into residential building management in 2024.

Responsible for a portfolio encompassing a variety of building sizes, construction types and periods, David’s focused, enthusiastic approach and range of skills are a great asset to our team.

David is currently studying for membership of The Property Institute to further his property career.

Morwenna is a local property professional with over seven years of experience and extensive knowledge of the South East London property market.

Joining Southside in 2018, Morwenna is responsible for a dedicated portfolio of Southside managed properties, she is best placed to advise our clients on the Block Management Services we provide and the day to day running of a Residents Management company.

Morwenna is currently studying for membership of the Property Institute to further her property career.

Steven joined the team in 2013, whilst completing the final years of his degree in Building Surveying. He now heads our Major Works & Section 20 procedures services, having gained a wealth of experience over the last decade.  His diverse duties can range from surveying new sites, managing ongoing works programmes, supporting colleagues at client meetings, or meeting with local planning officials.  His excellent relationship management skills are invaluable in ensuring works are completed to a high standard and satisfy the expectations of our clients.

Steven holds an honours degree in Building Surveying.

Sue is an experienced financial administrator whose career began in the Department of Health, where she remained for over twenty years. After a period concentrating on family responsibilities, she returned to work, joining Southside as part of the accounts team.

Sue’s role is to keep accurate financial records for use by the property managers and ensure the availability of service charge funds for our client’s property. A love of numbers and problem solving, along with her previous experience, she has been a dedicated and valuable asset to our team for the last five years.

Vincent joined Southside in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in client and customer-facing roles. His background in sales and concierge services has equipped him with strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Although new to the property management industry, Vincent has quickly adapted and is already managing Southside’s Freeholder portfolio with confidence and efficiency. His dedication to learning and attention to detail have been key in ensuring a smooth transition and delivering excellent service to clients.

Vincent holds a honours degree in History & Politics, and is currently studying to obtain membership of The Property Institute.

Laura joined our accounts team in 2021, brining with her over 16 years of administrative experience and great attention to detail.

With a background in accounting administration of both large and small retail business, Laura supports our invoice processing system, banking and client finance records.  She is key to delivering Service Charge information to our clients and maintaining accurate records.

Abi joined our accounts team in 2023, shortly after finishing with education. Abi has quickly adapted and become an integral part of our accounting operations. She is responsible for administering a portion of our client payment processes and overseeing the contractor payments system, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Her dedication and attention to detail have made her a valued support to the accounting team.

Abi’s educational background includes studies in business, mathematics, and economics, which have provided her with a strong analytical foundation. She is currently studying for a Level 2 Certificate in Finance Administration and Core Accounting Skills to further her career.

One of our key block property managers, joining us in 2023, Teegan enjoys meeting with our clients to put together long term maintenance plans for buildings delivering Major Works projects and cyclical decorations.

With previous experience in construction management and project surveying Teegan brings a wealth of technical knowledge, ensuring good maintenance standards across the Southside portfolio.

Teegan holds a degree in Construction Management Bsc (Hons.), Graduating with a First Class Honours, he is currently studying to obtain MCIOB membership and membership of The Property Institute.
