Headquartered in Bromley on the South London and North Kent borders, we have a local and personal approach which has enabled our business to grow consistently over the past decade. With around 80 blocks and 800 residential units under management, we continue to expand through our core Residential Management offer and related services, including Professional Advisory and Project Management roles.
Who are Southside?
Our History
Southside was originally founded in 1989 as a solution to a growing demand for residential management and letting services across South London. After a very successful decade of continued growth, the lettings and management business was sold to an industry consolidator, leaving a small team to focus on the increasingly professional fields of residential block and development management.
In 2005, the business was incorporated and Jonathan Price was appointed to drive forward our Block Management offer. During the past 10 years, we are pleased to confirm that Southside has grown year on year and now manages a broad range of properties, from small conversions to large purpose built blocks and estates.

Southside are members of a range of industry bodies and are proud to be regulated by RICS, following their Service Charge Residential Management Code.
We have also adopted the ARMA Consumer Charter for residential Managing Agents as our own, which requires the highest standard of Client and Customer service. We hold public liability insurance of £5 million and Professional Indemnity cover of £1 million.
