Jonathan holds overall responsibility for the daily management and development of Southside and has over 25 years’ experience in property management. With a previous career spanning commercial Facilities Management and Property Advisory roles, he joined Southside in 2005 to develop the company as a Residential Management specialist.

Jonathan holds an honours degree in Business and an MBA. He is a qualified Member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers (MIRPM) and an Associate member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS).

Scott joined Southside soon after graduating from the University of Kent and made an immediate impact through the implementation of a bespoke client management system.  Scott manages the day to day operations of the company and is responsible for the provision of Service Charge accounts, ensuring that clients are provided with accurate, timely budgets and demands.  A natural problem solver with a can do approach, Scott also ensures client services are compliant and has quickly become a core member of the team.

Scott holds a degree in Philosophy with Honours and is a qualified Member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers (MIRPM) and is studying for professional Accounting Qualifications.

Managing our larger and mixed use accounts, Jack has wide-ranging experience of both property management and maintaining complex client relationships, as the first contact point for Committee members or RMC Directors.

Taking the lead on client insurance matters and the development of Southside’s marketing activities, Jack is invaluable in promoting our services for both new and existing clients.

Jack is a qualified Member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers (MIRPM) and holds a degree in Business with Honours, graduating from the University of Chichester before joining Southside in 2012.

Steven is an experienced Property Manager with responsibility for a number of client accounts and heads our Major Works & Section 20 procedures service.  Juggling an increasingly challenging workload, his diverse daily duties can range from surveying new sites, to meeting with local planning officials.  His excellent relationship management skills are invaluable in ensuring works are completed to a high standard and satisfy the expectations of our clients.

Steven holds an honours degree in Building Surveying and is an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Managers (AIRPM).

Sue is an experienced financial administrator whose career began in the Department of Health, where she remained for over twenty years. After a period concentrating on family responsibilities, she returned to work, joining Southside as part of the accounts team.

Sue’s role is to keep accurate financial records for use by the property managers and ensure the availability of service charge funds for our client’s property. A love of numbers and problem solving, along with her previous experience, she is a dedicated and valuable asset to our team.

Laura joined our accounts team in 2021, brining with her over 16 years of administrative experience and great attention to detail.

With a background in accounting administration of both large and small retail business, Laura supports our invoice processing system, banking and client finance records.  She is key to delivering Service Charge information to our clients and maintaining accurate records.

Louise is the most recent addition to our accounts team, joining us in 2022.

She is C.I.C.I.S Certified and has a background of 20 years’ experience in the Financial and compliance sector, after a long career in Investment banking and accounts.

Since leaving Banking she has been keen to use her financial knowledge and background in a Property focused sector.
Louise’s role is to assist the Property Managers and ensure accurate financial recording for our client’s portfolio.
